I noticed the cursor doesn’t highlight Python and Bash code correctly in VS Code’s color mode. Some suggested switching the color mode or using other Python extensions instead of Pylance. Could the developers provide a more robust update for this feature?
I find there is maybe a solution in some posts , but I don’t fine the first kylin python package in cursor extensions

Do you have any extensions installed in VSCode that are not in Cursor?
While both apps have some out of the box functionality here, it’s usually improved by extensions, which is likely what is changing the highlighting for you!
Also, I’d suggest checking them this isn’t just the theme you have selected in Cursor that is highlighting the same code with different colours to VSCode!
