Hey, thanks for the report. It looks like a current regression on Windows/WSL in 2.1.47-2.1.49 - we’re already rolling out a temporary fix.
Could you please:
- Try again now and tell us if the hang when applying edits is gone? See status: Agents are having difficulties creating new files
- Temporary workaround: ask in chat “Build the plan” instead of clicking the Build button - this works for some users: Plan mode "build" not working in chat
- If it’s completely blocking your work, temporarily roll back to 2.1.46 - this helped: 2.1.47 plans are always innaccessible and unreachable and cannot build
And please send:
- A screenshot/copy of errors from Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console at the time of the hang
- Behavior with
cursor --disable-extensions - Additional Request IDs from failed attempts (how to get them: Getting a Request ID | Cursor Docs)
