Can I use AzureAPI Management with AzureOpenAI's API?

I am using Cursor’s chat with AzureOpenAI’s API.
To make it easier to manage, I would like to switch to using the API via AzureAPI Management.

Is this possible in the first place?
If so, please let me know how.
