On a new ubuntu system.
Cannot login in cursor website, in chrome.
Also Cursor IDE can’t be used, it need web login.
A pro account.

Try to login with some other account.
Oh didn’t saw you have a pro account, but changing the account solved this problem for me.
How to change the account without login? I read other post find mail to the [email protected]( from the contact support) , is there another way?
You need to go to the cursor.com and login with the new account, once you logged in then you have to go to the cursor app. click log in , it will route you to the web and then click Yes log in. Your new account will be logged in to the cursor

I misunderstood that there was a way to change the account email.
