Can not remap editor.action.acceptCursorTabSuggestion

The editor.action.acceptCursorTabSuggestion command can no longer be remapped to custom keys. This functionality broke approximately 2-3 releases ago.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Remap Caps Lock key to F18 using hidutil on macOS (ref: Random Bits 💾)
  2. Attempt to bind editor.action.acceptCursorTabSuggestion to F18 in keyboard shortcuts
    Try to use F18 to accept cursor/tab suggestions

Expected Behavior

F18 should accept cursor tab suggestions
