In our team, a few members frequently run out of their monthly quota. However, enabling On-Demand Usage seems to apply to the entire team, which we’d like to avoid.
Ideally, we’d like to either:
enable On-Demand Usage only for specific team members, or
increase the usage limit for those individuals without affecting the whole team.
I also noticed there used to be a “set cap” option, but it appears to have been removed.
Is there currently any way to achieve per-user control over On-Demand Usage or usage limits?
If not, are there any recommended workarounds?
Unfortunately, per-member spend limits are only available on the Enterprise plan. On the Team plan, you can only set one shared limit for the whole team.
Member spend limits are only available to Enterprise customers.
Possible workaround:
If On-Demand is enabled for the whole team, you can set a small team-wide spend limit. When a user hits the limit, AI features stop working only for that user, while everyone else keeps working normally. But it’s still a shared team limit, not per-user.
If per-member spend control is critical, Enterprise is the only plan that supports it.
