Can you use http/2?

I’m doing fine.

“Connection failed. If the problem persists, check your Internet connection or VPN.”

I’m getting an error… It looks like the server is refusing to connect…

I think it was an intermittent problem. I closed cursor and it went away after a few minutes.

I encountered the same issue, receiving the message: ‘Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN.’

I’m fine here. Could you check if the connected IP address is correct? Could it be DNS pollution causing the issue?

Most users can use HTTP/2 and should use it unless something on your side like internet provider or corporate network creates an issue then HTTP/1.1 may work better.

im using HTTP/1.1 but i have an issue, when im running network diagnostic the ping rarely succesfull most of the time it stop at sending ping 3, the agent also working in same behaviour it even doesnt pass pushing message for the second time, but other that that like chat its working fine.
Ps. im using company network.

@ZulfikarHD I recommend checking with your company network administrator as it is not a widespread issue on our side.
