If i press the apply button 1/100 times it gives accept and deny buttons but most of the times the apply button does nothing could someone help me resolve this?
(i do not have any purchases or api keys)

I am facing the same issue. It was working during my free trial. Now the monthly quota of 200 chats is met and it stopped working. I am using an Anthropic API key so the chat works, but the apply button does not work. This is so annoying. Previously, it used to show code and apply used to show line-by-line changes.
