Cannot even use Gemini

User API Key Rate limit exceeded (Gemini has currently low rate limits for user API keys for the 2.5 Pro model; consider not using a user API key for this model, or switching to a different model)

Just agent mode I get this error everythime.
I have no API key and not entered it anywhere this error makes no sense

same but i use own google api key and get the same error after only a few calls
