Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

“The model xxx does not work with your current plan or api key.”

While It works via Direct API Call；

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Fill in your API key
  2. Override openai base url
  3. Add new model
  4. Chat With New Model
