Hi @Eric_Lang Sorry about this. Only team admins can add MCP servers, and right now there’s a known bug where you don’t get an error message when a non-admin tries — it just silently fails. We’re working on reinstating the proper alert and UI handling there.

In the meantime, your team admin should be able to add the MCP server from the integrations page without any issues.
