Not sure if this should be in How To or in Feature Requests.
I’ve been loving this tool, but 2 critical things seem to be missing compared to others.
Deleting bot messages within a chat. Occasionally I’ll get a really bad response, and I want to delete it or it will poison the context – without deleting the entire chat.
Editing AI responses. Sometimes the first half of a message is good, but goes off the rails in the second half. I want to delete the bad parts and continue.
Is there already a way to do this that I’m missing?
Or if not, are these on the roadmap for additions? They would be a game changer for usability.
By now you can answer to any message in the chat and ask AI to do better on something.
I really agree with you with the deleteing messages request.
I would love to have a “-” next to the Reply and Copy button on each chat, so I can remove messages that are irrelevant, or that simply have been done and are not needed anymore.
It will make it easier to follow the conversations and many tasks AI gives us and helps us implementing. Frequently it’s giving us a list of things to do, with also big chunks of text, I think this is a must to make more sense of allll of what’s happening in chat.
Another idea would be at least to be able to fold messages / code blocks to help organization!
