Can't delete rules in Nightly

User Rules added through the UI should be deletable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Cursor Settings → Rules… → Rules and click Add
2. Select User Rule
3. Add it

Try to delete it

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
