can’t seem to install extensions on Cursor, when searching for extensions in Cursor, it always says “error while fetching extensions. Failed to fetch”
I tried following the documentation from the website at: How to Install Any VSCode Extension
it seems to be outdated, and when I click install from the market place website, it installs to VSCode and does not sync over to Cursor. Had no problem installing those extensions onto VSCode

Hey, try restarting Cursor and trying again. If that doesn’t help, share a screenshot of the errors from the DevTools panel.

Do you use a VPN? If yes, try turning it off, if not, try turning it on.
I don’t use a VPN and don’t have one configured right now. Do I need one for cursor?
Cursor doesn’t require a VPN, but it seems you have issues with your internet connection. This could be due to a firewall, antivirus, or other software controlling your connection. Check these settings to resolve the issue.
