Me too. I reinstalled (by downloading an English version) because I want to switch to use English instead of Chinese.
But Cannot login. The same issue.
This is a serious bug!!!

i am also unable to use my application. The dev tools console shows this, which suggests it’s definitely a bug of some kind. Tons of 404 errors:
