Can't select Gitlab repos in Agents Window automation triggers and repository

Describe the Bug

When trying the new Agents Window automations panel the repository picker is empty and ask to connect to Github and when using Gitlab/Github triggers it asks me to connect to Github to configure it.

The web version show the repos correctly.

On a side note it’s really frustrating feeling like second class citizen every time a new feature is shipped, nothing ever works out of the box when using the Gitlab integration.

Steps to Reproduce

• Connect Gitlab repos to your account
• Open a new Agents Window
• Navigate to the Automations tab
• Open the repository picker, it will be empty and show “Connect Github”
• Add a “Pull Request” → “Opened” trigger, it will ask to connect to Github

Expected Behavior

I should see the Gitlab repos and it should never ask me to connect to Github if I have the Gitlab integration set up.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

@raphael-yapla We have a bug report raised for this and we’ve got eyes on it. In the meantime, as you’ve noted, the best thing to do is to use the web interface for setting up Automations.

I understand your frustration regarding Gitlab. The overwhelming majority of our users are on Github and this typically means that any kinks in Gitlab integrations take longer to surface.
