Can't Shift-CMD-[ with AI Chat

  1. detach AI Chat from side panel.
  2. Try use Shift-CMD-[ or Shift-CMD-] and it will tab once, but fail to continue tabbing.

Appears to be caused with the AI Chat as a tab
