I’m having trouble re-indexing documentation in Cursor. Each time I try, the re-indexing fails. Even after deleting the documentation and attempting to add it again, Cursor seems to remember the previous index from months ago, and re-indexing continues to fail. There doesn’t seem to be a way to fully remove the old index and start fresh. Any suggestions?
In my particular case, I’m trying to reindex the Polars Python API at Python API reference — Polars documentation. My Cursor instance last indexed it in late 2024. Even when I delete and try to re-add it, it re-appears saying it was Cached in 2024.
