Can't use chat option in cursor after recent update

This error is very recent one after the cursor ide update, so in this new update the chat trying to do multiple edits at the same time but Is not very efficient it is hallucinating with it’s own answers and not giving the right context I tried with different ai models and recanting the indexing but still same

Steps to Reproduce

the bug is actually on cursor ide chat option my system is M2 MacBook Air 16gb, it was good when the ai edits are one by one but after this multiple edit feature It is not usable at all

    • Are there large files (>200MB) open in the editor?
    • What’s the project size?
    • Have you tried restarting Cursor after the update?
