Every time that I open Cursor. Even I uninstall and install a new version

Hey, thanks for the detailed report and the Request ID.

I can see a screenshot with an empty “Bonjour” chat and an “Internal Error” toast. From the logs, your requests do reach us and the model replies within a couple seconds, but the streamed response doesn’t make it back to your machine. After 90 seconds of silence, Cursor cuts off the stream, and that’s the error you’re seeing. Since this happens on every message and across all three versions you installed, reinstalling won’t help. This is almost always something on the network path like a VPN, antivirus “web protection”, a proxy, or your ISP that’s holding up the streaming connection. It’s not related to your Cursor setup.

Try this in order:

  1. Cursor Settings (gear icon in the top right) > Network.
  2. Set HTTP Compatibility Mode to HTTP/1.1.
  3. Fully close Cursor via File > Exit, then reopen it.
  4. Open a new Agent chat and send “hello”. Do you get a reply?
  5. If not, go back to Settings > Network, set HTTP Compatibility Mode to HTTP/1.0, restart Cursor, and send “hello” again.
  6. If it still doesn’t work, temporarily disable VPN, proxy, or antivirus web protection, or try using a phone hotspot, then send “hello” again.

If none of that helps, run Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics, paste the output here with a fresh Request ID, and tell me which step you got stuck on.
