Can't work due to "please turn on background agents" dialog

Describe the Bug

I keep getting the dialog requesting that i contact my administrator to get them to enable background agents. We do not plan to enable that. But the dialog requesting it comes up every few seconds, making it impossible to work.

Steps to Reproduce

select a variable name and “command-E” to start a search for it
<— the dialog comes up, interrupting my work

Expected Behavior

dismiss dialog once per session, it does not come back

apparently the new update changed “command-E” to be “show me my background tasks”. so i removed that key shortcut and it’s back to normal

It happens from time to time with new features that keyboard shortcuts get added that some users had for other purposes.
