Can't work with agent

for the last 2 days the ai agent is stuck; nothing I do gets it to start to work again, I wrote to support and no answer, please contact asap

Hi, could you please check Common Issues and Troubleshooting Guidelines and then fill in the Bug report here complete?

It would help the Cursor team to see what is happening and why it doesnt work. Also someone in the community might have had that issue and others could suggest solutions.
