Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
The navigator does not show how many changes is made on the file, and the forward/backward arrows are not responsive when clicked.
Additionally the deletions are not rendered on files, only insertions
Steps to Reproduce
Unsure, I don’t recall changing any settings, it appeared today when i opened cursor
I am working with a large codebase, a VS c# .NET project

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
