Files navigation bar missing

Describe the Bug

Files are not saved after agent modifications.
No navigation bar between modified lines and files.

Steps to Reproduce

Make the agent change some files.

Expected Behavior

the bar to show up and the files to save

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

you can see keep all on the right but the middle bar is missing

found it , looks like its in the top now. yall love to move things around

nvm it still missing , only “review next file” is visible, clicking on it takes me to a file without showing me the btns.

shows this diff but without the buttons to approve

i have 2 files stuck with this , restarting cursor or pc doesnt fix it.
clicking “keep all” or “undo all” doen’t fix it as well.
