Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

The Keep all / Undo buttons disappear even though it is tracking changes.

Steps to Reproduce

I dont know how to repro, it comes and goes

Expected Behavior

Whenever there us this accordion of pending file changes I expect there to be a Accept all (Keep all) and Reject all button so I can clear this list. It is very useful when it is working because I can just wipe the slate clean if needed. But when it no longer tracks latest changes vs previous changes (because I cannot accept/reject) then that feature becomes unuseable.

I dont think the list is accurate, unless it’s been building up across multiple batches of changes which is unfortunate

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report.

I can see the screenshot where the review panel is missing the Keep all / Undo buttons. That’s a known issue with the Agent review UI that the team is tracking. Similar bugs are reported here:

Please try these workarounds:

  • Close and reopen the chat
  • CMD+Shift+P > Developer: Reload Window
  • Accept the changes via the Git panel instead of the inline UI
  • Start Cursor with extensions disabled: cursor --disable-extensions

If it happens again, please share the Request ID from the last Agent run (chat context menu > Copy Request ID) so I can attach it to the existing ticket.
