Unfortunately, reinstalling IntelliCode/IntelliSense in version 0.50.x does not resolve the issue. The current best solution is to roll back to a version prior to 0.50. I am currently using version 0.47.8, which, although the model response speed is unacceptably slow, remains functional. I plan to try rolling back to a version earlier than 0.46 later for further testing.
