I waited couple mins for it to show then skipped

Does this stop you from using Cursor?

  • Yes - Cursor is unusable
  • Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
  • No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report.

This is a known issue. The approval UI for commands and MCP tools sometimes doesn’t render. We’re seeing a few similar reports on 2.4.22 Windows Early Access.

Related bug: UI doesn't show run button and the command box

Can you share:

  • The Request ID (Chat context menu > Copy Request ID)
  • Which MCP tools you have set up
  • Your Auto-run mode settings (Cursor Settings > Agents > Auto-run mode)

This will help the team reproduce the issue.

it happens 100% of the time with just the built in browser tool. auto run is off and i have privacy mode on so cant send request, shouldnt be hard to reproduced
