Chat model menu broken, can't start a chat at all

Describe the Bug

Upgraded from 1.2.4.

The model selection menu goes under the editor pane and there seems to be no options there.

Sending new messages do not work at all :police_car_light:

I upgraded from 1.2.4 For some reason MAX Mode was disabled, when enabled I saw the agent changed but still can’t start a chat:

Steps to Reproduce

Click model menu button in the chat.
