Chat Tabs not displaying on OSX

I suspect it’s an issue with my VSCode settings; I saw another comment mentioning “Activity Bar: Location” must be set to default, however didn’t work for me.

Activity Bar Settings + Initial state (with a chat window open and active)

Error state (after clicking new tab button):

Bug: No chat tabs are shown, previous chat only accessible via “Past Chats” (like previous version).

This behavior is persistent across restart/reboot and happens regardless of how a new tab is opened (e.g. button click/keyboard shortcut etc)

Hey, what if you try creating a new tab using the shortcut Cmd + T?

Just opens a new chat (with no tabs displaying, same behavior as pre-update).

I reckon it’s probably a local environment/config issue as I haven’t seen other people with the same issue, so I’m happy to tinker around with this (aka no stress RE this bug report ;p)
