Chinese students can't pass student verify

I’m a really student in China, south-east university.

I fill the student verify form using real information(include real education email), but I can’t pass student verify, it seems a error occured. Now if I re-submit, a new error is poped up as below.

Is chinese students are not supported in this plan? Or just an error? looking for replies. :>

Chinese students are excluded. I can’t select China in the coutry column now.
