I’m currently on the Cursor Pro+ plan, but whenever I try to use the Claude 3.5 Sonnet model, I get the following error message:
“Claude 3.5 Sonnet doesn’t work with your current plan.”
And this is happening only with 3.5
I thought it was with mine only as i have just turned on the on-demand usage planning.
I think they removed this model from Cursor, cuz check their available model list:

Claude 3.7 Sonnet should be available.
Try these steps:
- Refresh the model list: click the refresh icon next to the model search to sync the latest models
- Check your API key settings (Settings → Models): if a custom API key is enabled, try turning it off, this often fixes model sync issues
- Restart Cursor after these changes
If Claude 3.7 Sonnet still doesn’t show up, add it manually:
- Go to Settings → Models → Add Model
- Enter the model name manually
