Claude-3.5-sonnet Now Asking for API Key - This Was Included Previously

I’ve been using Cursor for the last few months, upgraded to 0.43.5 today and now I get a missing API key message when I use claude-3.5-sonnet. I’ve never used this key previously, the model has always been enabled, but never required an API key.

Is this a bug, I cannot find others with the same experience.

I believe this is a BUG, as I was able to re-enable the claude models without an API key after DISABLING my OPenAI API key.

Hopefully this helps someone else…

This happens occasionally, it’s a bug, but thank you for bringing it to our attention.
