Is Claude 3.5 API key required for Cursor Pro

Hi - I’ve been using the free version and want to upgrade. I have already signed up for an Anthropic paid plan and have a key thinking I needed it for Cursor. Does Cursor Pro require a key? I have OpenAI keys too. So far with Cursor, it’s been working with Claude 3.5 Sonnet very well and it hasn’t asked me for any key whatsoever.

I have a follow up feature request for this. I too have OpenAI and Claude model keys. Can there be a subscription package where we can use our own models. I have access to Gemini 1.5 as well.
It would be great to have the flexibility to use my own models I already pay for.

Yes, you can use the free version and use your API keys.
