Claude 4 Opus MAX is not working

Describe the Bug

It’s been an entire day that I’ve been trying to use Claude Opus 4 MAX and it’s not working. Every time I try, I get the following error:

“We’re having trouble connecting to the model provider. This might be temporary – please try again in a moment.
(Request ID: 7c66ca80-80c4-4adf-afc6-a9f1eb76098a)”

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Hey, does this error occur in an existing chat? Have you tried creating a new chat? Does that resolve the issue?

This solved it. But I’d like to use Opus in my main chat…
