Hey, thanks for the detailed report. It looks like you have two different Cursor accounts.
Right now, the GitHub connection for ChiroMVP is linked to an account that was created recently (today), and your main account (the one with the plan) doesn’t have a GitHub connection at all. That explains both the “Please reconnect GitHub in Cursor” error in Cloud Agents and the issue on the Integrations page.
Please try this:
Go to cursor.com/dashboard and check Settings to see which email is shown. That’s the account you’re currently logged into.
If that’s not the account you normally use (the one with the plan), log out and log back in with the right one.
On GitHub, open Settings → Applications → Installed GitHub Apps and make sure the Cursor app is installed for the ChiroMVP organization.
Go back to cursor.com/dashboard → Integrations and click Connect next to GitHub. Complete auth while logged into that same Cursor account.
Try starting the Cloud Agent again on the ChiroMVP repo.
If after step 4 the Integrations page still shows “Failed to load GitHub settings”, tell me which email you were logged into (better via DM, not in the thread), and we’ll clean up the old connection on our side.
