Cloud Agents simultaneous limit — what are the actual numbers per plan?

I’m using Cursor Cloud agents via Linear, and I’m getting the following error message:

Upgrade to Ultra for more Cloud Agents: You’ve reached the limit for your current plan. Upgrade to Ultra to run more Cloud Agents simultaneously.

I’m currently on the Pro plan and would be willing to upgrade to the Ultra plan if necessary, but I can’t find any documentation on the number of agents that can run simultaneously.

Does anyone know the maximum number of cloud agents that can run simultaneously for each plan?

Thank you.

After testing, the Pro Plan should have a limit of 10, but this limit was only recently added and there was no limit before

It’s 8, and this limit has been around since October!

Pro+ and Ultra offer very generous increases on this rate limit.

Oki , I don’t follow . This number 8 - what is that ? Active agents running , tabs open in general ?
As when I’ve got this error :
``
Upgrade to Ultra for more Cloud Agents

You’ve reached the limit for your current plan. Upgrade to Ultra to run more Cloud Agents simultaneously.
``
simultaneously and overall were running 0 agents

The limit of 8 refers to simultaneously running Cloud Agents, so you’re right, with 0 agents running you shouldn’t be hitting that at all. There is a known bug on our end where completed agents can get incorrectly counted toward the limit.

In the meantime, if you go to your Cloud Agents list and archive any old/completed ones, that should clear things up and let you start new agents again. Sorry about the confusion!
