I often try to use CMD + Backspace in the chat window to delete the sentence I’m typing, but then I accidentally revert the last changes. This is causing me all sorts of problem! Please help!

Thanks. I’ll change this. I’ve accidentally reverted some things. Then the demo gods frowned upon my while I was trying to show off some feature and it didn’t work any more.

Dude. I’ve almost flipped my table multiple times. 
I have undone MANY agent changes because I use the CMD+Backspace ALL the time.
I’ve been through the Keyboard shortcuts multiple times. I’ve changed multiple CMD + Backspace hot keys and no luck.
I would suggest changing the shortcut to “CMD + SHIFT + BACKSPACE”.
This is terrible – not sure why this change was implemented but it keeps making me loose my changes. CMD+Backspace is a very commonly used keybinding.
Yes depends on Os and app usage.
I use it for entirely other things and have changed the shortcut in the settings.
