previously if I marked code and hit cmd L and already had a chat open, the code would be added to the existing chat. Now it opens a new one.

Previously if I copied code into the chat, it was added as a reference, now it just becomes simple text paste.
Has something broken or require any additional settings in recent versions that I have missed?

Is there a way to change it to use cmd + L again (or clicking the “add to chat” button)?
Here I use cmd shift L and the code I have marked appear in the chat as included context, I ask the question: does this look ok?
