I have defined an agent with the Search Codebase tool enabled. however, when i ask the agent to search the codebase, it attempts to use find on the command line instead. When I ask what tools are available, it lists only two tools, neither of which is the search codebase tool.
Oddly, codebase search does work when using the default Agent.
