Describe the Bug
The codebase_search tool is not available in custom mode. Even if it is enabled, the model does not see it and cannot access it. However, in Agent mode, this tool works perfectly. I have tried enabling all available tools and selecting it separately, but the model still does not see it and cannot access it.
Steps to Reproduce
In a custom mode, select the Codebase tool. If you ask the model to use the tool, it will not be able to. You can ask what tools the model has, and it will not list codebase. However, if you enable other tools, the model lists them and can use them.
Expected Behavior
The codebase_search tool is avaliable and usable.
