Command Line Window Steals Focus on Windows 11 with Atlassian extension

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

When the ‘Atlassian: Jira, Rovo Dev, Bitbucket’ extension is enabled on Windows 11, Cursor repeatedly opens a command line–like window.
This window immediately steals focus, causing Cursor to lose focus and interrupting normal typing and navigation.

@yeke found the workaround in the issue: Curso Onem and Close a command line and I lose the focus - #9 by Gonzalo_Sambucaro

Steps to Reproduce

Use the Atlassian: Jira, Rovo Dev, Bitbucket extension on Windows 11

Expected Behavior

Cursor should remain focused, and no external command line window should open during normal usage.
MAC works fine.

Hey, thanks for the report and for finding @yeke’s workaround.

Yep, this is a known issue with the Atlassian Jira/Rovo Dev extension on Windows 11. The team is already working on a fix.

Temporary workaround:
Remove the “Atlassian: Jira, Rovo Dev, Bitbucket” extension. This should fully stop the popup.

@GenaroVogelius, try the same workaround, it should help.
