In previous versions there was a COMPOSER button in the CHAT panel.
I like to use CHAT as much as possible since i find it more suitable to control the scope of the work.
But sometimes while using CHAT I would like change to a broader tool like COMPOSER agent and continue from the same context I have already put so many details in.
Before, I could do that by just clicking the COMPOSER button there was in CHAT, but this feature is gone for a while.

Hey, I don’t believe we’ve had a Composer button in the chat itself, you best we have it to be able to switch the tabs at the top.
A good workaround for your workflow might be to add rules for the AI to tell it not make changes until you explicitly tell it to, to try and get the agent to “behave” like the chat until you’re ready to make some changes!
Thanks for the reply, even missing the button I mentioned I’m getting used to the current user flow very well. Every aspect of cursor feels very well thought out.
