Composer/Chat doesn't recognize keystrokes until i switch to bar or editor and then back to panel

Bug Description:
When opening the composer, typing functionality is non-responsive. The cursor blinks but no text input is registered.

Workaround:

  1. Click the three dots menu in the corner
  2. Select “Open as Editor”
  3. Close the editor
  4. Use shortcut to reopen composer as panel
  5. Composer typing functionality restored.
