I’ve seen a couple demos of composer where it opens up a middle panel with just code like here x.com
and it has elements you can click and see the difs
for mine, all code appears in the chat, and otherwise is exactly the same as using the AI panel. Is there some trick here to get that middle panel to open?
right, I don’t have any issue getting into composer
it just puts all the code in the main chat window, doesn’t open up that middle panel so I can see a dif, nor does it create new files
What happens if you click on the file name on the left side?
that was a previous composer attempt. That one worked to open that one file, but this one talked about changing a bunch of files and didn’t include any such link

Yep, 0.39.6
available from cursor.com by clicking on Download
button.
(I don’t get notifications from the changelog mailing list, despite signing up twice, so I need to check the Download link regularly).
Thank you. Usually the updates just pop up so figured I was updated. I’ll report back later today after I finish this part
