Cursor Changelog lists for Patch 0.46.11 the addition of Update frequency.
You can now set to remain on Standard or switch to Early Access.
Hopefully the Standard version becomes “stable”.

Well it was a feature so many have asked here right? Until they implement it there was no way of using it, now we will see how good they are at managing ‘Standard’ releases
