AI entire chat functionality "Chat/Agent/Manually" not working in cursor

1)Unable to add or reference files or ask questions with Agent/chat/Mannualy mode. 2)I am constantly getting a “Connection Failed” Issue even without adding any files. I am working under an organisation without a vpn enabled, I tried to disable the HTTP2 from the settings and try but it did not work either.
