Connection Failed Looping!

When will you fix the bug? After working on a large task (10-15 minutes), a connection error appears, when you click “try again” it loops. The only thing that saves is a cursor reboot and, as a result, the model “forgets” the essence of the task!!!
Everything is fine with the connection!!! This is a system problem!

I’m using long prompts with details and I’m waiting so long nowadays… So, as a solution, I re-opened Cursor and Opened New Chat I waited just few seconds like 20-30 second and It worked. So there is some issue about that too.

I am also facing a similar problem, none of the ai feature is working, I tried even disabling HHTP2 request but even that didnt work. Cursor team please help.

What happens when you start a new chat, that bug has been around for quite a few months.

Another big problem is that when using MAX mode on a large task (when it should work for hours like in the ad :slight_smile: ) this problem occurs, 10-20 dollars are written off for nothing and the task stops because of this error! The money is naturally wasted, the task is flushed down the toilet. There is no point in MAX mode.

UPD: I really wanted to launch the task of localizing the project into different languages. We would have done it manually for 2 years :slight_smile: We set the task of localization, turned on the MAX mode, so that it would definitely do everything without stopping. The agent localized the site by 70 percent, then this error occurred. After the cursor was rebooted, the agent began to glitch, practically forgot the task and began to screw up. 50 dollars were wasted.

Thanks for reportong this… I have the exact same experience in the past two weeks. Wasted so much time and money recreating the same feature and it always ends like this around 70% implementation mark. Ive had to revert back to simpler piecemeal approaches than fuller feature requests.

It would be nice if this kind of “70% complete and then bail” behaviour was more easily reportable and refundable as clearly a bug that only happens after youve been suckered into $10-20.
