I literally only have the basic extensions installed.

11 crashes in 4 hours already. Each crash is a wasted token call which I must repeat. This is not cool. Will report back on total crashes at the end of the day.

#EDIT# 27 crashes now! This is nuts. So my only option for a paid product is to:

Fresh install with “rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Cursor”.

You must be absolutely kidding. For a paid product? I love cursor but this is pushing me close to the point of another tool.

I have removed ALL extensions now to test that.

Ok, did this - fresh install with “rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Cursor”.

What seems to be happening is that Cursor crashes/reloads a few times within VScode as it says “no index, reindexing” and the “would you like to install these extensions” pop up again. After a few of these rounds it crashes completely and only gets progressively worse. Hope that helps.

Sadly still have to do this every two days. Just gets progressively worse until unusable.

Same issue. Cant use beyond 10-15mins
