Copilot ++ is enabled but not getting the code completions

hi there,

I have enabled Copilot++ but i am not getting the code completions sadly. I have had to resort to using Github copilot instead.

Please how can i get Copilott++ to work?

Perhaps it would be helpful to check the output logs for Copilot++ if something suspicious shows up there.

1. Open the Output View from the VSCode command palette:
   

2. From the selection list pick the Copilot++ and try to trigger autocompletions and check the logs
