Describe the Bug

The semantic search tool is currently not working - it’s returning an “Index invalid” error.
This suggests that the semantic search index hasn’t been built or is corrupted for this
repository.

Steps to Reproduce

just ask it to test the semantic_search tool

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

I am seeing the cursor agent hangs. This will be a game changer if we can get semantic search working.
